Overplaying Hands & Back to Reality

Ouch. Yesterday stung after having such a good day previously. When ever I have a good day I tend to think I'm unbeatable or something & reality creeps up on in me in the form of running into higher overpairs to the board & losing races & chasers hitting their hands. Gotta admit my play was at fault alot at times too, but nothing seemed to be going my way in the other hands either.
